A collaboration between Apartment Therapy and Aera, a collection of inspired fragrances.

We arrived at a clean set of bold lettered designs with elegant palettes that compliment both the fragrances and the sensibilities of Apartment Therapy.

Aera Signature collection rebrand and consolidation.

A significant rebranding effort was tasked over 2024, I was charged with working out the collective fragrance identity. The Aera originals were being brought into a more cohesive space. clean, Simplified type with color pairs to compliment the fragrance.

Playing off the theme of nature, I landed on the direction of a flat lay of illustrated ingredients intermingling with type, and stars throughout.

Warm pumpkin, sweet cinnamon, nutmeg and comforting vanilla come together to wrap you up in visions of fall.

A more graphical approach to the seasonal favorite, bold colors with a simple handwritten wordmark and playfully illustrated key art.

Aera Signature collection rebrand and consolidation.

Over 2021 Aera went through a major rebrand, everything except the logo changed. I was tasked with leading the retooling of the fragrance labels. After a lot exploration across the other aspects of the brand we landed on a clean, colorful, and playful direction. Large serif type coupled with a loose interpretation of the scent, making an impression with both name and graphic.

I landed at a simple illustrative style with a rough brush of color just to give them each further identity.

Create a large outward facing label for a uniquely shaped capsule diffuser.

I was tasked with exploring and implementing an identity for the Plume diffuser, an exposed capsule diffuser. I opted for a marbled texture, something organic that recolors nicely and contrasts the geometric type.
